Completing a course survey is accomplished through 2 steps:

Step 1 – Enter the ‘Course Code’ given out by the instructor. If you do not know the course code, contact CCAC Professional Development. After the code is entered press the ‘Get Course’ button.

Step 2 – If a valid Course Code is entered, a survey will be displayed. General course information will be located at the top of the survey and questions will follow. Complete the questions and press the ‘Save’ button.
